The Group purchased with a discount a foreign PLM/ERP/MES software authorization. The subordinate companies implement the related information system by themselves. Companies need to choose the service supplier of information system. Suppliers are claimed to present, create solution plan, observe the key clients, join bidding, and sign contracts respectively. After getting into the stage of project implement, it is difficult to integrate systems and coordinate project.
