In order to adapt to the rapid development of market and further improve the production technology and product development capabilities, BJC will build remote development center for Fuji Xerox, Shanghai with Fuji Xerox (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Xerox)
Xerox is the first and only company which is capable to research and develop comprehensively digital multi-function machine in China. In 2011, Xerox planned to invite bidding to build a remote development center.
BJC is one of leading suppliers of ODC. It can afford software development, testing and
maintenance 1-station-service to help deliverer enhance the productivity, reduce cost and expedite new product releasing. At the present time, BJC provided offshore development service for several partners who are international corporations.
BJC win the bid with Xerox against powerful companies from Dalian and US. It meant BJC
enhanced its offshore outsourcing service capability again, also implied the service outsourcing industry migrating from 1st-tier cities to 2nd and 3rd tiers cities rapidly. In recent years, due to cost got higher in 1st-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, Midwest China have conditions of developing service outsourcing, especially building delivery center with cost advantages after communication facilities, industrial system and living conditions got improved, human resource congregated, openness level significantly increased.
